Buffalo, NY 14240-1096

They ask how long you had the mouse (1 year) and to
read the type and code number off the back, said you
should get it in 3-5 business days. They said that this
is a service provided by Microsoft for all of its
products, they send you out a replacement if their
hardware (peripherals) aren't working.
